Interested In Becoming A 2026 Merchant? You’re in the right place!

The event’s purpose is to raise funds for community partnerships, promote local small businesses, and provide an enchanting holiday shopping experience for our community, an intent we hope resonates with you as well. On behalf of the 2026 Holly Day Market Board & Committee, we hope you’ll be able to join us for the 2026 Holly Day Market.

The 2026 Holly Day Market will take place at Alltech Arena on Saturday, December 5, and Sunday, December 6.

This year’s market will also include a special Friday evening shopping event following merchant move-in on December 4.

For new and returning merchants, please proceed with the following steps:

  • Fill out the application – Complete Merchant Application
  • Submit the completed application to Holly Day Market
  • Receive confirmation of application submission
  • The Holly Day Market Committee will review your application, and we will contact you to let you know if you have been approved to be a merchant at the Holly Day Market.
  • If you do not hear from us regarding your application within one week of submission, please email us to confirm receipt.
  • We review ALL applications for new and returning merchants to provide the best experience for our merchants and market customers.
  • Upon acceptance, you’ll receive the Merchant Agreement and Deposit Remittance link
  • Holly Day Market receives a complete and signed Merchant Agreement to hdmmerchants@lexjrleague.com AND receipt of applicable deposit requirement (Payment in full is accepted at any time and is kindly requested for Early Bird Pricing)
  • Merchant begins earning marketing & advertising incentives once the balance is paid in full. Marketing and advertising incentives are through Holly Day Market’s carefully chosen and curated platforms (i.e., social media, radio, TV, print, etc.)
  • Merchants must remit remaining balances in full by October 1, 2026.
  • To be considered for the Holly Day Market merchant opportunity, you must complete the entire online application.
  • After an extended offer by the Holly Day Market to the merchant, full acceptance as a merchant vendor for Junior League of Lexington’s 2026 Holly Day Market will be contingent on receipt of a signed merchant agreement AND deposit. No merchant is guaranteed a space until the Holly Day Market receives a signed Merchant Agreement and applicable deposit. Should the merchant choose to terminate the agreement and not participate in the 2026 Holly Day Market after the executed agreement, the Junior League of Lexington – Holly Day Market reserves the right not to refund any deposit or other funds remitted for table or booth space. Should a merchant “cancel” their committed space, the Junior League of Lexington – Holly Day Market reserves the right to reassign your space to a waitlist vendor.

2026 Booth Space Options

Table Spaces (available for returning merchants only and at a limited number)

Single Table Space can merchandise products on their table only. Table space includes draping, one 6-foot table, and two chairs. There are a very limited number of table spaces available.

  • Single Table Space: $275 ($100 Deposit)

Booth Spaces

Regular Booth pricing includes one 6ft table, two chairs, and draping. (120V electrical outlet by request)

  • Regular Single 8′ x 10′ Booth: $525 ($180 Deposit)
  • Regular Double 8′ x 20′ Booth: $875 ($290 Deposit)
  • Regular Triple 8′ x 30′ Booth: $1,225 ($410 Deposit)

Premium Booth Spaces

Premium Booth pricing includes the same provisions as a regular booth. Premium booths are designated as such based on their prominent location, and premium vendors will receive special consideration for marketing & advertising incentives.

There are a limited number of premium booth spaces available.

  • Premium Single 8′ x 10′ Booth: $825 ($300 Deposit)
  • Premium Double 8′ x 20′ Booth: $1,175 ($400 Deposit)
  • Premium Triple 8′ x 30′ Booth: $1,525 ($500 Deposit)

Merchant space utilization guideline for table and booth spaces:

  • Excess inventory must fit underneath your 6-foot table or concealed within your space
  • No free-standing units, shelving units, or clothing racks can be used with a single table space. ( If you need these options, please look at the pricing for booth space.)
  • An additional fee will be charged at the market if your table is outside these restrictions
  • Any additional backdrops or displays must be approved by the merchant’s chair prior to the market
